Why Veterinary Medicine Is A Career Built On Love

What first inspired humans to create animal hospitals for their pets? And what inspires us - regardless of cost or consequence to do whatever we can for our animals?
It seems that we do all of this because of a deep love for our furry companions.

That love inspires some so much that they go through the grueling task of becoming vets and vet techs.

The fact that some have devoted their human lives to serving the needs of another species is a clear sign of the unique motivating power of love when it comes to career.

It offers incredible hope for humanity that we are willing to put so many resources into helping other species and it reminds us that we are all connected through our bonds and our actions on this earth - regardless if we help with fur on our skin or not.

Through our universally agreed upon love of our pets we have founded and sustained the incredible practice of veterinary medicine - one that is filled with gratitude on all sides.

I like how you talked about how love is what inspires most to become vets. I want to get a cat and am hoping to get a vet lined up before I get one so I know where to go. Thank you for the information about how a vet offers a lot of hope for humanity by putting so many resources into helping other species.

You made a good point when you shared that some people devoted their time to serve the needs of another species like animals. My niece just mentioned the other day that she is thinking of working at a veterinary once she finishes high school. I will suggest to her looking for a rleiable staffing agency that can help her find a position to work at one.

I agree that putting a ton of resources towards helping out different species is a great thing to do. That is why I respect veterinarians so much. I'd like to find a really good one before I buy a pet of my own so that I have someone I can trust.

Thanks for the info about veterinary medicine. My wife and I just adopted a puppy. We will look for a veterinarian we can take our puppy to.
